The company leveraged Whatfix DAP to create in-app Flows that guided users through key Workday tasks, such as finding cost centers, creating purchase orders, and managing supplier contracts. These Flows were also exported as PDFs, providing quick reference guides for users who preferred documentation. SMEs distributed these PDF guides to colleagues, empowering them to complete tasks independently, increasing efficiency, and reducing reliance on manual assistance.
Increased Workday Adoption: Daily active Workday users rose from 250 to 780 over the past two quarters, significantly improving portal engagement and user independence.
