Whatfix deployed personalized Pop-Up notifications to recruiters with inactive candidates in their pipeline, reminding them to take action. A Smart Tip was provided on the candidates page, listing the candidates who required action and their respective status. Additionally, a Nudge was sent to recruiters whenever a candidate had been inactive for a specific period, prompting timely action.
